Vertical mergers have gotten way out of control in the health care sector and PBMs are a huge part of that. We apparently need to rein in the definition of "reasonable" when it comes to applying our antitrust laws.
Regarding the concluding paragraph of the article, sadly the Republican Party can no longer be considered "conservative". But exactly what appellation should be used in place of it, I'm not entirely sure.
