Much of what you read here is about the parts of our health care system that cause so much pain–physically, mentally and financially–for millions of Americans every day.
Sorry to say and maybe it's marketing terminology but customer owner sounds like something out of Medicare Advantage marketing to me. A more user friendly handle should be chosen in my humble opinion.

Why do we need a “system” why not value based care, common sense,
It sounds too good to be true. When did this change occur and I would like more data. We do need more prevention care and to detect a problem early.
