I'm just surprised it wasn't actually renamed the Gulf of South Africa West.

I am always fascinated that their employees brag about the substantial bonuses they get as well!! I figure that is money that did not go to benefit patients….we don’t get bonuses on the hospital side of care!

Is this how Cigna is spending our hard earned tax dollars on its employees and especially executives. There is a reason why the French, Russians, and so many other Nations revolted against the status quo. This is true with Health Care in the United States today. We have little to know acknowledgment from our Legislators who supposedly represent us, and instead of a complete overhaul of Medicare (dis) Advantage, there are only piecemeal recommendations for improvements without resolving the root causes -- namely the greed of the Insurance carriers placing profits over quality health care for patients. I'm ashamed of our country and its apparent inability to put the needs of The PEOPLE first instead of Corporate America. It is genuinely revolting and it is a Human Rights Abuse!!!

Mostly GOP keeps this greed going. These dollars must go to training, providers and communities that care for the living.

Cigna is the worst! I know a family in Arizona that has a child with a congenital heart condition and Cigna once allowed treatment at their State/University hospital for children to treat his child. Then out of the blue, dropped the coverage by his facility for no real reason putting this child’s life on the line!!

Not surprised one bit. At least one Medicare Advantage company provides (among other percs) "company cars" to its executives. And then there's the lux lobbyists. (What I plan to be in my next life that is if I can tolerate living in shame 100 percent of the time and like a vampire being unable to look at myself in a mirror). Just like the electric utilities all over the US - filtering THEIR legally owed taxes and lobbying costs to customers and that's on top of executive compensation, percs, and oh yet making households underwrite all the new data centers created for AI and gosh amighty guess who owns THOSE. Welcome to corporate America. If you're not wealthy, guess what. You die sooner rather than later.
