Americans appear to be both gullible and foolish to Canadian observers. We have universal medical coverage in Saskatchewan and the head of our Ministry of Health makes under $300,000 Canadian a year, and our system works just fine. Costs us about $10,000 Canadian (about $7000 US) per year. All you need is a publicly funded health care system that covers everyone and you can cut the insurance pirates out of the business. They are sucking US citizens dry. Your Canadian friend.
This is disgusting what CEO’s make while everyone else suffers and can’t afford the premiums they have to pay and insurance companies that don’t cover much anymore
Individuals AND health care providers get screwed because of these insurance companies greed. They do everything they can to avoid reimbursing health care providers- making it difficult to obtain coverage information, denying claims etc. What can individuals and providers do to change things?
Thank you for this fantastatic article. The Molina story is especially sad. The founder was really interested in taking care of poor people. I called attention to this important piece on Substack notes .

Would it be permissible for me to share the CEO salary image?

Campbell's Law (Boards are paying CEOs more if the stock price increases)?
