The amount of corporate welfare given by taxpayers to for-profit private health insurance industry is a b s u r d.

This money must go to providers and communities giving care and training.

No texts, but I started getting flooded with the ads on YT and Google once I started researching this topic.

Our local hospital (and others) quit taking Medicare Advantage patients. They noticed longer stays, especially if the patient needs to go to a nursing home for a period of time. These longer stays also due to prior authorizations.

I see those ads on TV everyday. They want you to think that it would be a disaster if the Medical Advantage Plans were eliminated or reformed.

Congress should just eliminate them, and place everyone into the traditional Medicare Plan. And since there would be billions in savings for Medicare, then they could afford to wipe out deductibles and co insurance for our seniors.

Sounds like a good plan? You bet it does.

It's like when an upcoming movie is heavily advertised, I know it must be a dog that I might not even stream when it's available next year.
